As an international firm, I have had the ability to work across the United States and Canada. My role allows me to oversee and direct the project team from initial concept conversation to post-occupancy evaluation.
The bulk of my work has been with a client that designs and builds interior commercial and restaurants within airports and transportation plazas. This was a fairly new client, I was brought on board to help get our internal team organized and build a client relationship that would allow us to become one of the supergroups that provide architectural services to this global client. The projects I managed included, but not limited to, concepts such as Brewery Bars, Veggie Grill, Pret A Manger, and Starbucks to name a few.
As a motivated self-starter, I foresaw the needs that come with a large number of young professionals that fill the firm. That approach of mentorship and helping to create more training style on-boarding helped the firm continue to improve and standardize processes while motivating others to see the value in being proactive.
One of my passions has been the ability to compose and build on individual teammates productivity by providing them the guidance and tools to help them be successful.
